Founded in January, 1998, by Ray Larsen (1933 - 1998), the
are a group of patients, family, friends, and caregivers dedicated to
providing support to Multiple Myeloma patients and families
and supporting research for a Multiple Myeloma cure.

Understanding Your Serum Free Light Chain Results
(and a brief introduction to Hevylite)


Dr. Sherwood received her PhD in molecular biology/virology from Purdue University.
She has held positions at Pacific Northwest Research Foundation and the Department of Molecular Medicine at Northwest Hospital in Seattle where she investigated the  expression of biomarkers in several types of cancer.
She was Senior Scientist at PriTest Inc. where she worked on the development of screening tests for tuberculosis infection in wild and domestic animals and in humans.
She is currently Director of Scientific Affairs, Pacific NW and Western Canada, for The Binding Site, Inc.
